Ferrari released its first teaser image crossover SUV, and it was a surprising revelation. The front end of Ferrari Purosangue 2023 is displayed quite simply and doesn’t look too bad.
Nose looks a lot like Ferrari narrow headlights peeking out from small openings in the curved nose. The bumper has two large grilles on each side, which are sure to heat some heat exchangers or cool some other parts of the car. And the hood has a large but graceful bulge down the middle of the engine.
Ferrari did not give a specific reveal date for the Purosangue, but it has confirmed that it will be revealed this year. A previous report said that Production will also begin this year, with deliveries next year.
Spy photo of Purosangue test mule showed a classic Ferrari front-engine ratio (or at least as close as possible to a four-door) with a long, low front end and a short rear end. The mules also look very low, more like a wagon than an SUV. Engine details have been scarce, but Ferrari has plenty of potential powertrains to choose from, including hybrid V6 engine and of course the V12s. We suspect all-wheel drive will be standard, although it’s difficult to say whether it will be a more conventional system, or something like dual transmission setup from FF and GTC4Lusso.
