Three people burned to death on Red Sea Liveaboard MV Hurricane

Three British divers confirmed dead after fire broke out aboard MV storm, a liveaboard operating in the Egyptian Red Sea. The news was confirmed by UK tour operator Scuba Travel, which chartered the boat. Three people were initially thought to be missing following the rescue of 26 people from the wrecked ship on Sunday morning, June 11. The video shows stormpart of the Tornado Marine Fleet, engulfed in flames.

A Scuba Travel spokesperson said: “It is with great regret that we, as tour operators, with heavy hearts, must accept that three of our precious diving guests We were killed in the tragic incident.” “We extend our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to their family and friends at this very sad time.”

The tour operator said 12 guests were taking part in the dive around 8:30 a.m. local time when the fire broke out. All divers who attended the meeting abandoned the ship and were transported to MV . by the RIB Blue, a nearby liveaboard. Fourteen Egyptian crewmen and diving guides followed soon after. The three divers found dead decided not to dive that morning and were therefore absent from the press conference.

The storm departed Ghalib Harbor on 6 June and the guest was planning to dive at Elphinstone Reef, the last voyage before returning to port.
