Buyers on the market for 2024 Mazda 3, CX-30or CX-5 You’ll find a new appearance package called Carbon Turbo in the list of options. It’s a sequel to Carbon Edition package is now availableand it offers some styling cues and trim that’s exclusive to each version inside and out.
Every member of the Carbon Turbo range is finished with Zircon Sand Metallic, a paint color introduced on CX-50 for the 2023 model year. Black accents complement the look: the wheels, grille and door mirror caps are painted metallic black, while CX-30 still keep the black cladding on the wheel arches and the bottom of the body Mazda fit as standard. Creative decor adds a finishing touch to the look.
The interior is equally distinctive, with terracotta leather seats, black suede accents on the seats, contrasting terracotta stitching, and gunmetallic trim. Zircon Sand Metallic and terracotta interiors are not offered on non-Carbon Turbo variants of the Mazda3, CX-30 and CX-5. They are only available on CX-50 And MX-5 Miataand no black suede accents.
Mazda hasn’t made any mechanical modifications to the Carbon Turbo models. Power for all three cars comes from a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine tuned to make 256 horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque when burning 93-octane, or 227, gasoline. horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque when loaded with 87-octane fuel. The engine turns the four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.
Pricing for the Carbon Turbo models will be announced as Mazda prices the rest of the 2024 lineup.
