Those who decide to “live” on the new Final Fantasy XIV The North American Data Center worlds of Halicarnassus, Maduin, Marilith and Seraph will soon enter the housing lottery, as official FFXIV Location confirmed that the real estate market is about to open. On November 4, 2022, people will be able to participate in the lottery and get their own housing. However, before the property market opens, people will be able to tour and learn around the residential areas there on November 1, 2022.
The official announcement also confirms the housing division FFXIV the world of Halicarnassus, Maduin, Marilith and Seraph. As usual, all wards from 13 to 24 will be designated as Private Boxes for anyone. Other homes in Wards 1-12 will be available for Free company representative buying.
Again, one FFXIV Housing lottery runs for nine days. The first five days are considered “entry times” during which people can apply for existing homes. During the following four days, you can check to see if you won the chance to buy that home during the “result period”. If you did, then you need to bid to complete the transaction and move on to it. If you don’t pay for your purchase after it’s picked up within those four days, you’ll miss your chance to receive it.
If the first FFXIV The Halicarnassus, Maduin, Marilith and Seraph House Lotteries follow a typical schedule, players can expect the entry period to last from November 4-9, 2022. After that, the results period will extend from November 4-9, 2022. November 10-14, 2022.
