Marvel and learn about the giants of the animal kingdom here — in our large book BIG

Big Animals, Big Emotions: When award-winning wildlife photographers Amos Nachoum and Marko Dimitrijevic join forces, the results are breathtaking. In BIGthey take us on a remarkable and moving journey around the world of large animals — and into ourselves.

For the first time a wildlife photography book was created through the emotions of the photographer. When we encounter an animal in the wild, we have a direct emotional response to it. We can feel awe, admiration, fascination and yes, sometimes love or fear. Marko and Amos brings you face to face with the biggest animals through their amazing photographs. They also shared their feelings of getting up close to polar bears and giant polar bears, diving with great white and whale sharks, photographing tigers and roaring lions, and observing up close gorillas and leopard seals , bulls, eagles and more. And even get close to 200-ton blue whales.

Marko Dimitrijevic and Amos Nachoum are friends, and in their 70 years of wildlife photography experience, they have taken hundreds of sensational photographs of animal encounters in the wild. For the first time, they have assembled their best photos of the world’s largest animals in BIG. The photographers also told us how it feels to look these giants in the eye. Nachoum and Dimitrijevic invite people to consider how animals reflect who we are and what we can learn about ourselves by observing them and protecting them.
