ADEX Singapore Film/Image Festival 2024 Program
ADEX Singapore 2024 There are just a few days left and organizers have already finalized the programming for the show’s three stages—the Underwater360 stage, the TekTalk Asia stage, and—most importantly for underwater shooters—the Lien stage. Photo/Movie festival.
Legendary National Geographic photographers David Doubilet and Jennifer Hayes are the headliners, but there are dozens of other famous shooters at the show (many of whom are DPG contributors), such as Annie Crawley, Tobias Friedrich, Shane Gross, Imran Ahmad, Erin Quigley, Jason Isley, Berkley White, Jim Decker, Michael Aw, Nicolas Remy, William Tan and Aaron Wong.
In addition to the interesting talks, there were also various panel discussions taking place on the Image/Film Festival stage. These include “Through the Lens: The Importance of Equipment in Underwater Photography and Filmmaking” on Friday morning, “The Role of the Underwater Photographer in the Age of Creative Artificial Intelligence” on Sunday morning Sunday and “Above and Below – Exploring Two Worlds” on Sunday afternoon. There’s also a book festival component on Saturday afternoon, in which authors talk about their work — including Doubilet on his career-defining 2021 book Two worlds: Above and below the sea.
Check out the full Image/Film Festival program below and head over ADEX website for more information. The event takes place from April 12 to 14 and tickets are available This. See you there!
