MoT establishes Malaysia Railway Development Corporation (MRDC), coordinating body to support stakeholders
The transport ministry will set up an organization called the Malaysian Railway Development Corporation (MRDC) in an effort to empower the railway industry.
Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong yesterday said at the Railway Technology Expo 2022 event that the establishment of the MRDC is timely as the railway industry is expected to grow rapidly after its completion. ETS 3 songs to Johor and East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) in 2026.

We will rename the NRCOE to MRDC and expand its function to that of a coordinating body.
