London Victoria sexual assault: Police urge identification of man after girl, 10, attacked at train station | UK News
Police are urgently appealing for information to identify a man after a 10-year-old girl was sexually assaulted at a major London train station over the weekend.
The child was attacked at around 2:50pm at Boots in Victoria Place Shopping Center in Victoria Station, central London, on Saturday.
British Transport Police have released CCTV footage of a man detectives wish to speak to.
Officials have conducted extensive investigations since the incident and feel “very confident” that the man in the image can help them with their investigation.
Detective Constable Tony Gittins said: “This is a particularly disturbing incident when the victim is so young, and we are working tirelessly to identify those responsible and send them to jail for questioning. .
“I would like to appeal to the public for help in identifying the man in the CCTV images, who we believe will be able to assist in our investigation.
