The ‘racist’ judge in the divorce case called my ex-wife AB****


tire is calling the judge “racist” in his ongoing divorce with Samantha Lee Gibson. The singer claims the judge called his ex-wife ab**** while Tyrese asked him to be reused.

The 44-year-old admitted in a 30-minute Instagram video that while the pair were “no longer together,” he “never mentioned his mother.” [his] kid like ab ****.

Tyrese also accused the judge in the case, Kevin M. farmerwas a “racist” after allegedly calling her a bitch in his room in front of Tyrese’s attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham.

Tyrese will appear at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for a divorce hearing. He called on Black men and fathers, Nation of Islam, and civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, to join him outside the courthouse.

The actor said the meeting will be “to pray on behalf of the family law court system that somehow, somehow tends to lean towards the other side.” He even invited the media.

Tyrese’s legal team tried but couldn’t remove the judge from the ongoing divorce case

The Fast & Furious the star also said his attorneys are working to get Judge Farmer to withdraw from the case for alleged racism and “lack of professionalism. However, the lawyers were unable to remove him.

“We tried to get him used again, we tried to kick him off the bench because of his behavior and unprofessionalism. And then there were a lot of things related to the outcome of my case that he did that was actually illegal,” he said.

Not the first time Tyrese and Judge have had issues, the actor cited the death of George Floyd

Tyrese ended his recent rampage by referring to the death of George Floyd and describing himself as the arbiter of justice in the family court system.

“It takes a George Floyd to change the law,” he said. “The Tyreese need to speak up and be upfront about what is really going on in the criminal justice system and the family law court system.”
