The best choices of my life

Recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with Jean Nolan, founder of Inspired, which shares inspiration and education to help you broaden your horizons and become the best version of yourself.

As some of you may know, I am not always a holistically minded doctor. I was thoroughly brainwashed during my seven years of medical school, and during my first five years of private medical practice, my focus was on prescribing drugs and administering vaccines.

My conversion

My transformation began in the early 1990s, when I began educating myself about nutrition and alternative health strategies. Many people don’t realize this, but beyond basic biochemistry, nutrition hasn’t been taught in medical schools for over a century. Physicians interested in nutrition have to figure that out for themselves. Networking and learning from the clinicians doing it is an important part of that process.

As I began to share what I learned with my patients and their health began to improve, my reputation grew and I met patients from all over the United States, and eventually are from other countries. It’s a testament to the fact that nutrition and lifestyle changes really do work, as they address the underlying cause of illness.

They get to the root of the problem, something that conventional medical tools cannot do. A few years after this transition, I began to understand and appreciate this important principle and realized that I simply could not continue to practice conventional medicine anymore.

So I wrote a letter and sent it out to all of my patients, saying that unless they are willing to commit to quitting and following comprehensive strategies to address why they are suffering sick, they will need to find another doctor.

78% of my patients passed away, but it was one of the best things that ever happened, because the people who stayed were truly committed to optimizing their health, they succeeded, and the work they did. My practice has expanded thanks to their dedication.

Medical polarization and the rise of consciousness

As mentioned in the interview, criticism of the conventional health system against me started long before 2020. I’ve been vilified for decades, so ending up in ” top disinformation list” is no big surprise.

I’ve long felt that being criticized by the mainstream is a badge of honor, because it means they’re being threatened by me and the only reason they’re being threatened is because of what I do. is doing really well and is changing people’s lives. It also takes revenue out of the pocket of a system built on continuously masking symptoms.

I believe the failures of the conventional model have been exposed more than ever in the past two years. Both prevention and treatment are considered “impossible”. People are told nothing can be done, and only once they are on the brink of death should they go to the hospital, where dangerous and unproven treatments have ended many of these critically ill patients. .

The brainwashing we’ve had over the past two years is truly epic. We have never experienced anything like it in the history of the known world. They wouldn’t be able to do this if it weren’t for the exponential advancement of technological capabilities allowing them to stealthily spy on you, censor facts, and promote false stories.

Of course, they have been blocking information and manipulating data for decades. We just don’t know that. Now, the lies and statistical manipulation are so blatant, if you open your eyes wide and avoid brainwashing, you can easily see them. On the other hand, blatant lies are promoting a shift in perception, to the point where people can finally understand how they were deceived.

The food industry has radically degraded human health

The pharmaceutical industry is not the only culprit. I believe the food industry is just as bad. They have destroyed so much of our food supply, and when you eat cheap, nutrient-poor processed foods laced with synthetic chemicals and agricultural toxins, you simply won’t be able to sustain them. good health okay.

For decades, the processed food industry has defended sugar as a harmless, vital source of energy (calories). They claim that all calories are the same, despite a lot of scientific evidence to the contrary. But as harmful as excess sugar is, I firmly believe that processed nut oil is exponentially worse – in my estimation 10 times more likely to cause chronic disease than sugar.

The main culprit is an omega-6 fat called linoleic acid (LA), which acts as a metabolic poison when consumed in excess. It causes severe oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction – two drivers of most disease processes.first,2,3,4,5,6,7

Much of the damage is due to enhanced lipid oxidation end products (ALEs) and oxidized LA metabolites (OXLAM), which form when your body digests LA and breaks it down. For example, OXLAM is known to be cytotoxic, genotoxic, mutagenic, carcinogenic, thrombogenic, atherogenic, and allergenic.8 In other words, OXLAM is the cause of most deadly conditions.

LA is also integrated into your cells and stays there for up to seven years. Sugar, on the other hand, is used up and depletes pretty quickly once you cut it out. So nut oil poses a much longer and more persistent threat to your health. For this reason, I believe removing them will also get you the furthest.

Unhealthy diet affects public health

Seed oil was introduced into the US diet in 1866. Before that time, most people got no more than 2% to 3% of their calories from omega-6 LA. By 2010, LA accounted for 32% of the American diet. This amounts to about 80 grams per person per day,9 and you can have problems if you exceed 10 grams per day. Epidemic statistics make this clear. 6 out of 10 Americans have a chronic illness, ten So do more than half of the kids!11

There’s nothing out of the ordinary about that. It simply shouldn’t. The COVID pandemic has also shown us how important basic health is in the face of contagion threats. The majority of those who died from COVID – 94% – had an average of 2.6 comorbidities or pre-existing health conditions that contributed to their death.twelfth

Two strategies to optimize your health

Considering the profound harm they cause, eliminating seeds and vegetable oils from your diet should be the first step if you want to improve your health. This includes soybeans, canola, sunflower, grapeseed, corn, safflower, peanut and rice bran oils. I would even recommend caution when using olive oil and avocado oil.

Not only are both oils often adulterated with cheaper seed oils, but even when they are pure and of high quality, they still contain LA. So, if you like these oils, I highly recommend that you limit your intake to 1 tablespoon per day or less. From my point of view, olive oil is not a magic bullet and if you were to consume 80 grams of LA per day, it would only worsen but not improve your health. To avoid these harmful oils:

  • Don’t cook with them
  • Avoid store-bought processed foods and condiments
  • Avoid fast food
  • Avoid the usual restaurant food

Many people don’t realize that restaurant meals are just as bad as fast food. They are usually made with processed ingredients that contain nut oil. So if you eat out a lot, even if you don’t usually eat fast food, you’re definitely eating unhealthy amounts of nut oil.

Fried foods, sauces and dressings are the main culprits, but conventionally raised chicken and pork are also very high in LA (because they are fed LA-rich corn and soybeans), and therefore the best should avoid. If you eat out, here are some healthy guidelines for living:

  • Only eat food cooked in butter
  • Do not use any salad dressings, as most if not all commercial dressings contain seed oil.
  • Do not use olive oil as it is very likely to be adulterated with the seed oil. If available, use unadulterated variety, but limit use to 1 tablespoon per day
  • Avoid chicken and pork
  • Don’t eat fake meat products like the Impossible Burger – all the fat in these meat substitutes comes from nut oils!

Another strategy that works great is timed eating. This is a form of intermittent fasting in which you eat all of your meals for a period of six to eight hours each day. Your last meal should be at least three hours or more before bedtime.

Exposure to batch manipulation

So, how did we end up in a situation where half the population struggles with chronic illness? As Nolan has noted, there are few things that have been studied more than the psychology of human behavior, and of course, once you understand human psychology and behavior, you can manipulate and control them.

And when we consider what different groups and industries are doing – media, politics, finance, medicine, the food industry – “they are essentially nullifying our natural ability to ,” said Nolan. They are disabling our ability to think properly, to maintain our mental health and connection.

Was this done intentionally? Nolan believes the answer is yes. Either way, we must be as intentional and dedicated to the truth as these industries are against deception. They have formidable advantages right now. They have a giant bull, and can censor in a way that’s never been possible. But that is a slim advantage, because propaganda cannot fight the truth, especially when it is experienced firsthand.

Take a look at the millions of people who have chosen to hear from frontline doctors that COVID can be successfully treated and recovered. The mainstream media can’t pull the wool over their eyes, no matter what they say.

I believe an important part of the answer, going forward, will be to build a community of like-minded people. We all need support and strength in numbers. You also need to separate yourself from the mainstream media. They are lying to you 24/7, so why give them your time? There are only 24 hours in a day, so spend your time wisely.

As for how to deal with people who are still deep in propaganda, I would warn against severing important relationships by badgering them. Brainwashing has been very effective and can take a long time to get over.

Finally, if you are so inclined, get involved in local, local or state politics. We desperately need people who are dedicated to health and freedom. For decades, government and government agencies have been infiltrated by people whose purpose is to destroy humanity and society as we know it. Many business leaders are also participating in this “Great Reconstruction,” so we need to build parallel economies and social structures that don’t include them.
