A Baltimore athletic director was arrested on Thursday (April 25) after being accused of setting a trap for the principal of Pikesville High School.
According to ABC News, this man distributed a fake recording of the organization’s leader using racial slurs, causing him to temporarily lose his job.

The principal faced backlash
A three-month investigation conducted by local police and the FBI revealed that Dazhon Darien used artificial intelligence to fake the recording. Investigators said the tape does “deep percussion” about the administrator.
Faced with this discovery, Principal Eric Eisworth was forced to resign. Furthermore, his safety is in danger. The recording went viral and he faced threats from the community.
The charging document clearly states that“sparked a wave of hateful messages on social media and many calls to the school.”
What did the fake transcript say?
In the recording, Eiswork’s fake voice makes racist comments about Black people and Jews. Additionally, AI insults the intelligence of Black students at school. The recording calls them “N******” who can’t “test your way out of a paper bag.”
Eisworth’s AI voice also criticized teachers for not educating students properly. Additionally, he said that he “will pull” of an employee “Black a** get out of here one way or another.”
On January 16, the recording quickly spread among staff and on social media.
What is the Sports Director’s alleged motive?
The principal pointed them towards 31-year-old Darien. According to charging documents, Eisworth said the high school’s athletic director was good with technology. In addition, he noted that Dazhon had motives. Principal Eric is asking him to investigate because of possible theft of school money.
Baltimore Police Chief Robert McCollough said the athletic director “… made the recording to get revenge on the principal” because Eisworth was investigating him for “mishandling school funds.”
