The accessible Citroën Ami concept proves that it’s a friend for all
By now you all should know that Citroën Ami is the ultimate friend car. The cute four-wheeler has room for two, top speed is just 30 mph and looks so adorable I just want to cover it. Thierry Koskas, CEO of Citroën said in a press release: “Ami has brought ease of mobility to micro-journeys and brought more independence to teenagers, the elderly and those in need. no driver’s license.
“We are excited to introduce this technical solution to assist with mobility of People with Disabilities and we are working to make this project achievable in no time.”
The project was developed in conjunction with mobile transformation specialists PIMAS, Use the original Citroën, powered by an 8 HP electric motor. The four-wheeler can manage a top speed of 30 mph and, thanks to a 5.5 kWh battery, has a range of about 43 miles.
The concept is being showcased at the Autonomic trade show in Paris, running from June 6 to 8.
