Teenagers hanging from Alphard sunroof in Ipoh – police found occupants in MPV, now looking for owner of video
Have you seen the video of a few kids climbing out of Alphard’s sunroof? If you don’t, it is attached below. It happened in Ipoh two days ago and the police there have identified the occupants of the luxury MPV. It turned out that they were actually teenagers aged 13 and 16, and their parents were on board the Alphard – driven by a relative – when they were caught red-handed.
Police Chief Ipoh Yahaya bin Hassan said they are currently looking for the individual who recorded the viral video to assist with the investigation. The person is asked to contact senior investigative officer Yap Siew Cheng at 012-9093362. The case is being investigated under Section 336 of the Penal Code.
Yahaya advises parents and guardians not to allow children to do things that may endanger themselves. You certainly don’t need a cop to tell you that, just common sense. This isn’t the first time kids have been filmed sticking their heads out of the sunroof – this is on the highwayand this video has kids sitting on the roof of a car on the highway.
