Sunny Edwards defeated Felix Alvarado by a unanimous decision in the third defense of his 112-pound title on Friday in Sheffield, England.

The skillful Edwards (19-0.4 KOs) outpaced Alvarado (38-3.33 KOs) for most of the bout and withstood a rally from the former 108-pound belt boxer during the pull. long.
