Drake’s question for Metro

As The Shade Room previously reported, the rapper gave a response to the shots Drizzy fired at him in the recording, ‘Push Ups’. He released the new beat on SoundCloud and challenged his fans to create a good verse on it. The winner will be rewarded with their very own Metro Boomin’ beat.

Drake seemingly responded on social media, stating, “Did you just fool around a bit on my a**?” The rapper expressed disbelief that the producer created a song about his cakes.

However, the original creator of ‘BBL Drizzy’ was a comedian known as King Willonious on X, formerly known as Twitter. He informed Metro that the sample used was made by him. The producer then expressed his love of comics and asked his followers to do the same.

Roommates react to Drake’s response

Many Roomies in The Shade Room’s comments section found his answer humorous.

Funny man Lil Duval left many crying and laughing emojis.

However, many people seemed concerned that he did not mention Kendrick and the pedophilia allegations.

@themodelmandii asked, “Why is he talking about everything but the pedophile allegations???????”

@welovemelanyn wrote, “Drake, you need to be in the studio, you’re solving the wrong problem right now. Because if you don’t try to clear up these allegations then you certainly have done everything.”

There are other Roomies who wonder why some rappers are targeting the Toronto MC.

@only_i_can, “So no one finds it strange to have to use multiple grown men to take down one person???

@tammyallynn shared, “Metro Boomin made a smart move. He just offered free music on Drake’s head. There’s going to be all kinds of Drake protests that are trending. He told him to play the drums and Metro said “Talk less. That beat is [fire emoji] So.”

Potentially, more good music to come?

These rap cows continue to bless us.
