By September, as abuse continued to mount, Brockhill, an overnight security guard, drove with Star to a recycling plant in Doncaster. In CCTV footage captured during three hours outside the venue, Brockhill is said to have delivered a total of 21 blows to the toddler. At one point, the little girl fell out of the car. A video recorded the next morning, September 14, when they returned to the couple’s apartment showed a large mark on Star’s cheek.
