To complement his culinary expertise, Baz has also entered the dynamic world of wine by founding his company, Drink This Wine, in partnership with respected natural wine producer Andy Young’s Andy Young. The Marigny. The brand’s tagline, “Imperfect wine for imperfect people with perfect taste,” perfectly embodies the brand’s playful ethos around drinking. After the huge success of its first product, a chilled red wine, the company plans to launch another red, white and orange wine in the near future.

As Baz runs her culinary adventure while also becoming an industry thought leader, it’s perhaps no surprise that her career began in the kitchen. She has worked in professional kitchens in Boston and New York as an online chef and even co-founded a catering company.
