Legend has it that, if you remember wearing something the first time, you shouldn’t wear it again. But it is 2023, and “rules” are always broken, especially when it comes to fashion. Everything Y2K is making a comeback, and when I was 10 years old at the time, I’ve worn a lot of these trends—including bohemian maxi dresses, pedals (remember those?) and the floor-length skirt, of course. I bought a maxi dress from zara with a matching top in early spring, and frankly, I’m obsessed.
