Former captain of India Sunil Gavaskar get all the praise for T Natarajan, said that the SunRisers Hyderabad pacer team had regained confidence in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 after overcoming defeats due to injuries. Natarajan, who was acquired by SRH for INR 4 in an IPL auction, is currently the season’s second-most catcher with 15 catches from seven games. Gavaskar was hugely impressed with his left-hander to put on a difficult pitch, adding that Natarajan is certain to return to the Indian cricket team.
His comments come after Natarajan starred for SRH in their win over Royal Challengers Bangalore on Saturday. Natarajan returned with an impressive 3/10 in four rounds as SRH overtook RCB with just 68 – the sixth lowest score in the IPL ever.
“We all know that yorkers are his specialty but he got the ball back very well. It’s good to see him again because it looks like Indian cricket has lost him. It’s good to let he’s back playing. I’m pretty sure, with the way he played between the 16th and the 20th, he’s going to have a lot of controversy,” Gavaskar said on the TV mid-half show. Official form Star Sports.
The legendary smasher added that Natarajan is aiming for the T20 World Cup, which will take place in Australia later this year.

“Last year, maybe, he didn’t play at the top level. Now he’s full of confidence. He’s been through injuries but he’s still fresh and energetic to play. He accepts When he realized that there was a World Cup coming up, he wanted to be on that flight to Australia,” he said on the post-match program.
After Natarajan’s feat, SRH chased the running target 69 times with 9 hits and 12 overtakes as backup. So far, SRH has won 5 of its 7 games to be in the top 4 of the scoreboard.
