Ramage Named VP of Marketing, Churchill Partner


Churchill Downs today announced that Casey Ramage has been named the racetrack’s vice president of marketing and partnerships.

In this role, Ramage will be responsible for establishing the brand strategy for the property and the Kentucky Derby while leading the marketing and partnerships team. She will act as the primary liaison with all external agencies to ensure consistency across the brand and ensure alignment with the overall goals of Churchill Downs. Ramage will report directly to Mike Anderson, President of Churchill Downs Racecourse.

Ramage returned to Churchill Downs, having previously served as Vice President of Licensing and Branding (2009-2012) and Senior Director of Marketing (2007-2009). During that tenure, she launched long-term properties during the Kentucky Derby week such as Taste of Derby and the KentuckyDerbyParty.com platform, chaired the Kentucky Oaks reboot to focus on women and charity, and located in the charter group responsible for establishing “The Road to the Battle of the Kentucky Derby.”

Prior to assuming his current leadership role at Churchill Downs, Ramage developed the brand vision for Champion Gaming as their Chief Marketing Officer. She has 17 years of experience in marketing and public relations, including Vice President roles at EdjSports and Brown Jordan Company. Ramage holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Kentucky and has graduated in Executive Education from the Wharton School of Business.
