Pagani’s website loading screen is the starting point for the signature exhaust quartet
This weekend, Pagani is “showing off” some cars in Italy. One of them, Huayra R, has never been seen by the public before. It weighs pounds and produces horsepower and travels miles per hour and none of us can afford to touch one, so let’s focus on something a little more practical: our website loading screens. Pagani.
If you’ve been on the Internet before, you’re probably familiar with the traditional empty circular download icon. if you not yet was on the internet before, how did you get here? I could have sworn Our RSS-to-fax-machine system has melted away.
Either way, most sites will tell you they’re loading with just one circle. Pagani, however, is not satisfied with that. It’s necessary than, oh so much more. So the company pressed Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V a couple of times and put the four loading circles together.
Sure, it’s more visually appealing than just one, but there’s so much more to it. When you think of Pagani, what image? pop music outside? The monstrous, dented, bug-like the headlight is one. Sure, the cars often have quite similar overall looks. But there’s something else, something we’re fascinated with only seeing behind the velvet cords at luxury auto shows: the quadcopter. emissions.
Paganis has a special four stacked tubes exhausted, and it’s obvious What inspired the Italian supercar? of the company web page loading screen. We absolutely love the captivating attention to detail. Is that high art? Sure is not. Is it camp? I can’t really answer that. But is it an interesting, beautiful touch that perhaps requires minimal effort from the brand? Sure.
Dear car manufacturers: More fun, charming things for your website. Give us little easter eggs for our attention as we review cars we’ll never buy. It eases your pricing ache.
