Nikon introduces powerful zoom NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR for content creators and Vloggers
Nikon continues to build its arsenal of lenses for vloggers and content creators with the all-new NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR Power Zoom Ultra Wide Angle Lens.
With the release of compact Z30 Last year, Nikon announced its intention to make waves in the world of content creators and social media leaders. People who always carry a camera to capture their every waking moment to create content for social media like YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Two things content creators need are flexibility and lightweight. The Z 30 aims to solve those problems in the form of a camera body. And now Nikon has introduced a new power zoom lens to go with it or any other Nikon DX sensor body such as zfc and Z50.

Other than that, you still have the same manual zoom option as any other zoom. Or, if you have a 30 . Z creative set, which comes with the ML-17 Remote, you can zoom in and out without touching the camera body. Zoom can also be activated remotely using Nikon’s SnapBridge app through your phone.
Weighing in at just 7.3 oz, this is the closest thing to being without a lens. This is perfect for people who want to carry the camera around all day but don’t feel as though they’re carrying the camera around all day. It has an STM focusing motor that keeps the mechanism silent when zooming in and out. The minimum focusing distance is 0.62 feet or 0.19 meters. This will allow you to focus near or far. The lens also has built-in vibration reduction and is dust and water resistant.
