Cell sport maker Scopely to purchase GSN Video games, which makes free-to-play video games like Bingo Bash, from Sony Footage Leisure for ~$1B in money and inventory — Sony Footage Leisure introduced a deal to promote GSN Video games, a division of Sport Present Community, to mobile-games firm Scopely for about $1 billion in money and inventory.
