Military K-9 stepped out of the elevator and saw his handler for the first time in 3 years
Sergeant Major Joe Stasio and K-9 Enzo both served in the Marines for more than a year. For seven months, they worked side by side in Kuwait, then trained in the United States. The two of them last met in January 2017, but now that Enzo is eight years old and nearing retirement, Stasio has been able to adopt him thanks to K9 Rescue Mission.

Although they could not be reunited immediately, the two were finally reunited after 3 years in a warm moment at Buffalo/Niagara International Airport in New York. Stasio waited for Enzo outside the elevator and hugged him as soon as he saw him. Enzo was flown from Camp LeJune in North Carolina all the way to Buffalo so that Stasio could see him again.
