Rachel Ray, celebrity chef and host of The Rachael Ray Show, really loves her Pit Bull combo with Bella Boo. She loves her so much, in fact, that she has given Bella her own apartment.
Instagram account for The Rachael Ray Show shared a video tour of “Bella’s Apartment” in July 2022. Not only is it the perfect little place for a celebrity mom’s dog to relax, but it’s also a pretty cute apartment!
Visiting Bella’s Apartment
For a little more context: Ray and her husband have a villa in Italy. After buying it, they built a lot and designed the new venue with Bella in mind. That means including this extra special space to get cozy with her.
“Since it’s not to entertain or bring people here, I wanted to create a cozy little place where just the three of us could stay,” Ray says in the video.
The apartment includes [what Ray calls] kitchen, living room “for babies” and “a very large bed for a very large baby.” There’s also a comfortable dog bed in the kitchen, so Bella can stare longingly as her mom cooks.

A good life for a good rescue dog
Any fan of Rachael Ray knows how outspoken she is about rescuing animals and how much she loves Pit Bulls. Ray adopted Bella in June 2020 (so we’re talking the peak pandemic dog). Pittie is a rescue from North Coast Animal Federation.
Before Bella Boo, there was Isaboo, which is how Bella got the second part of her name.
Obviously, we all can’t afford separate apartments for our dogs (no less than our Italian villas), but it’s great to see a good rescue dog with a life. a happy living.
When Ray’s dog Isaboo passed away in 2020she wrote to her Instagram followers:
“If you have room in your heart, your home and your budget, I say from experience that bringing a needed animal into your home can make you a better human being. “
Later that year, Ray and her husband purchased their mansion in Italy. Since she clearly has enough room in her budget, it’s good to see that’s going towards making a dog happy.
