Erislandy Lara, a famous fighting game veteran who was once considered a legitimate challenger to Floyd Mayweather, defended the WBA middleweight title Saturday night at Brooklyn’s Barclay Center against Gary “Spike.” Colorful O’Sullivan. Twelfth Love was scheduled to be part of Davis-Romero’s Pay-Per-View Card.

The nimble hands of the southern Lara told the story of the first. O’Sullivan had a much better second, though Lara’s sharp shot might have been enough to bring home the round. The third thing is interesting. When Lara is on top, O’Sullivan has the edge. However, it’s all down to Lara and his impressive, precise punch.

O’Sullivan had a good fourth game, putting Lara and rope and going well into the body. Then, in the last minute of the round, some impressive punches from Lara knocked the Irishman out. O’Sullivan managed to get up and survive the round, but Lara was clearly in control of the game. The fifth match was very interesting, with both men trading against each other. However, it seemed only a matter of time, before Lara completely brought her man down.

By the sixth season, O’Sullivan began to go bankrupt. However, he continued to go to Lara, because of his credibility. Despite that, Lara’s shots certainly took their toll. However, O’Sullivan looked set to take his seventh win…at least until Lara beat him in the final seconds of the round. Lara rocked her man at the beginning of season eight, then rocked him all over again. The referee wisely stepped in and ended it all.
