Chisora backs former Foe Dillian Whyte to return from furious loss
Dereck Chisora has no doubt that his old rival Dillian Whyte will be back soon.
The two London heavyweights produced two pitched battles in 2016 and 2018 with Whyte winning both by split and 11th.order knockout match.
The 35-year-old had his first world championship chance in April against Tyson Fury at Wembley Stadium with the WBC champion knocking out his opponent in the sixth round.
Whyte currently has three losses on his record, but Chisora has proven time and time again that failure is just another number on your resume with dozens of his own in column L.
In an interview with DAZN Chisora says:
“I don’t understand why people see it as the end of your career when you lose the game.”
“He will be back; he will be fighting in a big show to boot. “
“Boxing is a game of returning kings; It doesn’t matter what you do. “
Regardless of whether Whyte wins or loses against Fury, he says the plan is to always have a few bigger fights then retire.
“I still want to do the same thing. Nothing changes. The opportunity is still there. I’m still one of the best fighters around. “
