Kia EV6 recreated as Lego for Milan Design Week – 350,000 bricks, 800 hours to build 1:1 scale model


New from victory World Performance Car of the Year 2023, Kia EV6 has now been immortalized in Lego form. This 1:1 scale model is labeled ‘Brick To The Future’ and is currently on display during Milan Design Week before it moves to the show at Kia Energy House in Rome.

Commissioned by Kia Italy, this EV6 is made up of 350,000 Lego bricks and was assembled in over 800 hours by BrickVision, a company based in Reggio Emilia. BrickVision was founded by Riccardo Zangelmi, Italy’s first and only Lego Certified Professional, and he spent four months working on the project.

This included ensuring all the intricate details of the all-electric crossover were captured in brick form as well as developing a lighting system that worked to ensure the distinctive light signature of the vehicle. EV6 is authentic.

Debuted for the first time on 2021The EV6 is built on the Global Power Module Platform (E-GMP) and is Supply in Malaysia in a single GT-Line AWD variant priced at RM300,668 on the uninsured road.
