Irish coach Gordon Elliott has passed the biggest test he has ever faced. It’s been a terrifying year for everyone at Cullentra House for reasons we all know but now, Elliott and his team have become business as usual.
Since returning from suspension, Elliott has had close to 50 winners and he has a steady lineup of stars to battle this season. Anyone who gets stuck by Gordon in the end can be handsomely rewarded as he is a world-class trainer.

American Mike is currently best valued at 11-2 for Championship Goal at Cheltenham Festival with bet365. He was the favorite for the race after beating his seven-way long rivals in his racecourse debut at Down Royal.
Elliott has won that race at the Festival twice in the past five years alongside Fayonagh and Envoi Allen. It would be three from five if Cheveley Park hadn’t taken their horses off his field, leading to Willie Mullins coaching last season’s winner Sir Gerhard.
