Harley-Davidson kicked off its year-long 120th anniversary with the unveiling of the first new models in its 2023 Harley-Davidson motorcycle lineup. Included in the announcement is the CVO model. Road Glide Limited Anniversary and six additional limited edition motorcycles featuring exclusive 120th anniversary paints, finishes and details, as well as a refreshed Harley-Davidson Breakout cruiser and midsize sportbike New Nightster Special. In the tricycle segment, Harley-Davidson announced the new 2023 Road Glide 3 tricycle as well as the redesigned and black painted Freewheeler tricycle.

Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary Models
The premium, limited-edition CVO Road Glide Limited Anniversary model celebrates 120 years of craftsmanship with what the company says is “one of the most intricate paint finishes ever offered by Harley-Davidson.”

The Heirloom Red panels are topped with a commemorative Black base coat, each bordered by a small bright red stripe and a hand-painted gold scallop. Subtle details are added in panels depicting the head and wings of a soaring eagle. The gold-plated fuel tank medallion depicts the Art Deco version of the eagle, an iconic design element of Harley-Davidson.
Additional details include Alcantara seat surfaces with contrasting yellow and red stitching, gold-tone powertrain trims, magenta control boxes and a boom collar. push. Only 1,500 units of the CVO Road Glide Limited Anniversary will be produced for global distribution, each numbered with a laser engraving on the fuel tank panel.

Another planned 120th Anniversary special paint will be offered on six additional limited production Harley-Davidson models, with color combinations and designs inspired by Harley motorcycles- The first Davidson. Each has a classic umbrella paint scheme with Sparkling Heirloom Red as the base color. The panels are bordered by a small bright red stripe and are matted with a darker Midnight Crimson. Additional details include Art Deco-style eagle fuel tank medallions, seat upholstery with red side panels and gold-embroidered Harley-Davidson logos, and faded red powertrain inserts.
This commemorative design will be offered on the following serialized models:
- Ultra Limited Anniversary (limited production of 1,300 motorcycles globally)
- Celebrating Tri Glide Ultra (1,100 motorcycles)
- Special Celebration Street Glide (1,600 motorbikes)

Harley-Davidson’s breakthrough is back
After being removed from the US market in 2020, the Harley-Davidson Breakout model will return to North American models, equipped with a Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin engine, producing 101 horsepower at 4,750 rpm. /min and 123 lb-ft of torque. torque at 3,500 rpm.

2023 Harley-Davidson Nightster Special
This new midsize Nightster is powered by a liquid-cooled Revolution Max 975T V-Twin engine. Harley says the engine is tuned to produce tremendous torque at low RPMs (claimed 70 lb-ft at 5,000 rpm), adding that its integration into the bike with Being the central member of the chassis also helps to minimize the overall weight of the motorcycle.

The Nightster Special has four driving modes (Road, Sport, Rain or user-configurable), traction control, traction torque-sliding control and cruise control. The 4-inch round TFT display shows all instrumentation and infotainment functions managed by buttons on the manual control array. When navigation is on, the driver can choose to display a moving map or a turn-by-turn map displayed on the screen, assisted by audio guidance via the headset.

2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide 3 Trike
The all-new Road Glide 3 is Harley-Davidson’s first model, and the company says the tricycle combines “the advantages of a tricycle and powerful ride with comfort, convenience and style.” way of Road Glide mounted on fair frame.”
Road Glide 3 features Milwaukee-Eight 114, electric reverse gear and three-wheeler-specific safety enhancements, including electronically linked braking, ABS, traction control and torque-to-slide control – all enhanced when cornering.
Frame-mounted bib features three threaded vents to help reduce rider helmet deflection, dual LED Daymaker headlights, a low windscreen and a weather-resistant rear trunk with top-mounted doors and storage 2 cubic feet. The tricycle features Gloss Black cast aluminum wheels with machined details with exposed nuts on the rear wheel and a tailgate rear fender. Choose a black or chrome finish in each color.

2023 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler
The Freewheeler cruiser-inspired tricycle still has the 114cc Milwaukee-Eight engine and electric reverse gear, but it gets a black-painted styling change for 2023. Front end, headlight housings, dashboard The fuel tank controls, hand and foot controls, powertrain and exhaust all have a black finish in place of the previous bright finish.
New gloss black cast aluminum wheels have exposed rear wheel nuts and 18-inch rear wheels replace the previous 15-inch wheels.
Other features of the Harley-Davidson Freewheeler 2023 include three-wheeler-specific safety enhancements, including electronically linked brakes, ABS, traction control, and traction torque-sliding control – all both are enhanced when cornering. The tricycle features ape-style handlebars, custom tailgate rear fenders, dual mufflers with cut-out ends, and a weatherproof rear trunk with top-mounted doors and 2 cubic feet of capacity.
The Harley-Davidson Freewheeler 2023 starts at $29,999 in Vivid Black. For an extra $750 on MSRP you can get a White Sand Pearl or an extra $1,500 for a Bright Billiard Blue/Billiard Grey. (see photo gallery at the end)
Harley-Davidson offers additional cruise control and traction control
In addition to the new bikes, Harley has announced that electronic cruise control will be a standard feature on the Fat Boy, Fat Bob, Breakout and Low Rider S models, and it remains standard on the Low models. Rider ST and Heritage Classic.
A switchable traction control system will be offered as a new option for the Breakout, Low Rider S and Low Rider ST models.
