The The Genshin effect Update 3.0 is coming soon. HoYoVerse uploaded a full trailer for the update, titled “The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings”. It is filled with new story episodes setting up the Adventures of the Traveler in Sumeru. Planned events, gear sets, weapons and activities are also visible. At launch, players will have the opportunity to recruit Collei for free.

The location of Sumeru and The Genshin effect 3.0 Story
According to the trailer and accompanying data from HoYoVerse, The Genshin effect 3.0 will introduce Sumeru as an area west of Liyue. Hints on the direction of the game’s map expansion suggest that it is out of the way abyss in southwestern Liyue. At first, it will unlock gradually. When it launches, Visitors will be able to access the rainforest areas of Sumeru, including the city of Sumeru and Port Ormos. These areas are ruled by Akademiya, founded by former Dendro Archon loyalists, Rukkhadevata. The Lesser Lord Kusanali succeeded Rukkhadevata 500 years before the game began, making her the youngest of the Seven. Akademiya manages knowledge like an allocated resource.
Sabzerus Festival is an important event in The Genshin effect Story 3.0. The character Nilou, who devotes himself to art and dance in the service of Akademiya’s devastation, will perform a dance in it as a main attraction.
New Characters, Enemies and Elemental Dendro React
The The Genshin effect The 3.0 trailer features dialogue from various Sumeru characters, as well as some gameplay that features new characters. Tighnari and his pupil Collei were both users of the elemental sign Dendro. Therefore, they could be the first playable Dendro characters in the series The Genshin effect. Dori, an elusive merchant, is a 4-Star Power support character.
Dendro is a new element species, which can trigger different reactions with the elements Pyro, Hydrogen, and Electro. Dendro and Hydrogen trigger the Bloom reaction, which produces detonable Dendro cores. If cores touch Pyro or Electro energy before detonating, they can Burgeon, which increases their explosive damage, or Hyperbloom, which turns them into projectiles that hurl at enemies. Dendro and Electro together activate Catalyze, applying a Quicken effect to the target. This effect increases their damage taken. The enemies present in Sumeru’s rainforests are also adapted to the multi-dendro environment, and can mutate based on their exposure to different elements. Some can even drop different items depending on how they fight.
New boss encounters include the Electro Regisvine and the Dendro-elemental Jadeplume Chamber of Destruction.

New events, wish banners and gears
First half of The Genshin effect Features Update 3.0 Wish Banners with Tighnari, Collei and Zhongli. Dori will appear on a banner featuring replays for Kokomi and Ganyu in the later part of the update. Players will be able to recruit Collei for free by completing the Season 3.0 event, Graven Innocence.
The new Artifact Set includes the Agarwood Memory set and the gilded Dream set. Deepwood Memories increases Dendro damage and reduces enemy Dendro’s resistance when hitting them with elemental or explosion skills. Gilded Dreams increases elemental mastery and buffs characters that trigger elemental reactions. New 4-Star Dendro-themed weapons in each class will be available, as well as newly named weapons, such as the Hunter’s Path 5-star bow and the End of the Line 4-star bow. Other amenities are planned to improve the experience of easier reforestation, cooking and fishing.
As for events, “Graven Innocence” is the main seasonal event of the update and can reward a free copy of Collei upon completion. “Tablet Analytics” is a battle challenge that utilizes the unique elemental boosting effects from the nutritional supplements “Remelting Tablet”. “Wealth is lost“Brought to the treasure-seeking Seelie. Fayz Trials seems to be based on capturing images of groups of enemies while time is stopped. Other mini events like Leyline Overflow will also return.
