In an effort to make up and move forward, Alexis Skyy apologized to some of the women she worked with in the past!
Alexis Skyy Brings Love and Forgiveness
The apology came through a video Alexis shared on Instagram on Monday. She began by noting that, before Women’s History Month ends, she wants to “apologise to any girl who [she’s] have had any beef dishes in the past.
She specifically dropped the names Ari Fletcher, Jayda Cheaves, Akbar V and Blac Chyna. However, underneath The Shade Room’s retweet, Alexis added, “Here’s an apology to anyone I’ve had a problem with… this apology goes to Masika as well.”
In her video, Alexis explains that some of the problems were because she was “in a dark place” at the time and she wanted to apologize and be forgiven.
“On this journey, I want to forgive and I want to apologize. I’d like to apologize to any girls I’ve had conflicts with in the past like Jayda, Ari, Akbar, Chyna— If I’ve ever said anything hurtful to you, I’d really like to apologize. Friend […] I think back then, I was just in a dark place.
After pointing out that she now wants to make amends, Alexis also said she has also forgiven the women she named. The model covered up by saying that she hopes she and past competitors can move on.
Her beef with Akbar V went LOW
While Alexis names a number of different women, we should note that, in regards to her beef with Akbar, the pair fell into some poignant drama a few years ago. After a physical conflict, Akbar took to Instagram Live to call Alexis’ daughter, who has a disability, “brain dead” in mid-2021. Akbar eventually apologized, although Alexis did NOT accept it. apology.
Later, it was rumored that Alexis and Akbar were involved in an incident at Saucy Santana’s album release party, suggesting that much animosity remained between the women.
Alexis Skyy’s Apology After She Begins ‘Spiritual Journey’
Speaking of Alexis Skyy, we should note that—just last month—she shared about her decision to embark on her “spiritual journey,” which she admits “wasn’t easy,” as The Shade Room reported earlier.
She specifically stated that, since she was “so used to living a certain way” and just “doing things the wrong way”, making change was difficult. However, she said, “It’s okay because God is testing my faith.”
