Disney and Pixar launched the model new teaser trailer for “Lightyear” on Wednesday. With Chris Evans voicing Buzz Lightyear, the movie will inform the story of the “actual” individual behind the enduring toy and character featured within the traditional “Toy Story” movies.
The trailer, that includes the last word nostalgic throwback tune “Starman” by David Bowie, stuffed many millennials with sentimentality, together with Evans himself.
“I am lined in goosebumps. And will probably be each time I watch this trailer,” Evans wrote on Twitter. “Or hear a Bowie tune. Or have any thought by any means between now and (June) trigger nothing has ever made me really feel extra pleasure and gratitude than realizing I am part of this.”
He continued: “Animated (films) had been an unlimited a part of my childhood. They had been my escape. My adventures. My goals. They had been my first window into the magic of storytelling and performing.”
The film is ready for launch on June 17, 2022.
