US President Joe Biden says he doesn’t think he’s the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will use nuclear weapons despite repeated threats – even as the Russian leader continues to pressurize in the war in Ukraine.

“Well, I don’t think he would,” Biden said in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper that aired Tuesday. “But I think it’s irresponsible for him to talk about it.”
