Anti Social Social Club x Gran Turismo 7 collaboration March 4th – PlayStation.Blog
To coincide with the launch of the much-anticipated Gran Turismo 7, streetwear brand Anti Social Social Club designed a custom leather finish for the Toyota Supra GT500. Orange will be available on the GT7 and the aesthetic from the design drips into a collection that includes hoodies, t-shirts, snapback caps, gaming socks and racing gloves. Additionally, the custom Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro wheel released for the GT7 will be offered as an accessory.
This is the second time the two brands have worked together. Gran Turismo and Anti Social Social Club have teamed up for PSX 2017, introducing a vehicle designed in the game’s Livery Editor feature and a clothing collection. For the release of the GT7, the streetwear brand delved into Toyota Gazoo Racing’s rich motorsport history and explored an alternate timeline where Anti Social Social Club directed a Championship team. Japan’s Grand Touring (JGTC) in the ’90s, competing in the race’s top GT500 class.
To model the collection, Anti Social Social Club used Ken Gushi, a professional racer sponsored by Toyota Gazoo Racing, to lead the introductory video and lookbook.
