As part of the certification process for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y In Europe, the electric carmaker has submitted documents to local authorities detailing the changes. Some modifications have been made to make it more expensive Model WILL and X model and is filtering down to or has been applied to Model 3 / Y in China and is now moving to vehicles built at the Berlin Gigafactory.
