The New South Wales Highway Patrol has added an electric vehicle BMW iX xDrive40 Sportt for its fleet.

A NSW Police Force spokesman said: “The Highway and Traffic Patrol Command is constantly reviewing the operational and asset needs used by officers in their daily duties.” . auto expert.
“With a partnership between Transport for NSW and the NSW Police Force, an electric vehicle is being evaluated to determine its capabilities and intended use.”
“The vehicle is for limited use at this time and will be used for testing and community engagement purposes.”
