Ours Curious topic of July made me think.

One of the things that piqued my curiosity the most was learning more about other people and what excites them. With that in mind, I thought it would be a fun activity to share a little bit about myself with all of you.

Here are a few things you (maybe) didn’t know about me, shared in no particular order.

I don’t believe in soulmates. I think there are many people in life who can help you.
I feel younger than me. I’m thirty-eight and still feel thirty. I have a feeling this feeling won’t go away.
I’m not type A. In fact, I have to work even harder to stay organized.
I used to think I would be happy and fulfilled if developing Wit & Delight became my full-time job and building the next W&D system. Now I know that the impact of growth is much more nuanced than this.
My biggest fear as a child. I’ve been trying to get rid of that fear (through exposure) and it’s gotten so much better over time. But if my child is sick, I still run out of the room from time to time.
My dream job would be a backup dancer for Beyoncé.
I was given the title of “Biggest Flirt” by my sisters in college.
When I danced Irish as a child, I performed for President Clinton.
Sometimes I trust people too much.
I hate banana.
When I was twenty-seven years old, I considered giving up W&D and going to medical school. I had a great experience with a gynecologist around this time and wanted to help other women.
My favorite food is really boring. Give me good bread and soft cheese and I will always be content.
I get Botox regularly (and I love it).
I am a lucid dreamer and dream of incredibly cinematic details. I can start dreaming again after waking up and going back to sleep, and sometimes I can narrate or change things in my dreams myself. I kept a dream diary to keep track of the ideas I had during my sleep. I also had recurring tornado dream most of my life.
