I wouldn’t go too far to say that I hate them, but I’ll be the first to admit that apartment never been my favorite—for some reason. I love the bold look of heels or loafers to elevate an outfit, and if I’m looking for a comfortable shoe it’s more likely to be a sneaker than anything else. However, I am not immune to the trade winds of current shoe trends. And lately they’re blowing cool apartments my way.
With that in mind, I’ve been scouring the internet myself lately for really stylish apartments that I will hypothetically, I’d be willing to swap out more of my other shoes. Digging into my trend research, I’ve come to realize that—well, some perception. To my surprise, I found more worthy candidates than I ever imagined. I’ve noticed that the more outdated flats that made me a loafer hater in the first place have faded and are quickly being replaced by newer alternatives like beautiful ballet apartment which I really like. I may even have opted into some of these already.
