Last year, Suzuki announced several new or significantly updated motorcycles, including the third generation Hayabusa hyper-sportbike, refurbished GSX-S1000 naked bike and brand new bike GSX-S1000GT tourism sport. We did tested Hayabusaand soon we will have a chance to drive the GSX.
Meanwhile, Suzuki has announced the return of several popular models for 2022, including the V-Strom 1050XT, V-Strom 1050XT Adventure, Boulevard C50, Boulevard C50T and GSX250R ABS.
2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050XT
The V-Strom 1050XT is a perennial favorite in the adventure travel segment, powered by a 90-degree 1,037cc engine that sends 96 hp and 66 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels, in our opinion. 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050XT Adventure
The V-Stroke 1050XT Adventure makes a splash in Suzuki Champion Yellow and Glass Sparkle Black with silver and blue accents as well as gold-plated tubeless wheels. Adding to the 1050XT’s impressive list of standard equipment are Suzuki quick release 37-litre aluminum wheels, LED fog lights and heated grips. MSRP is $17,049.
2022 Suzuki Boulevard C50
Suzuki’s Boulevard line of cruisers has delivered value, reliability and solid style for many years. The Boulevard C50 is powered by a liquid-cooled 805cc (49ci) 45-degree V-Twin engine that delivers plenty of peak torque. The traditional styling of the C50 includes a rocking fork, frilled fenders and a chrome-plated, staggered dual exhaust system. The Boulevard C50 is available in Candy Daring Red (pictured) or Solid Iron Gray, and the MSRP is $8,609.
2022 Suzuki Boulevard C50T
If you’re interested in a cruiser, the Boulevard C50T should be right up your alley. Ready-to-go features include a spacious seating position, an aerodynamic windscreen, and an encrusted saddlebag that can be customized to fit the driver and passenger seats. The C50T comes in Pearl White with classic white tires. MSRP is $10,059.
2022 Suzuki GSX250R ABS
An entry-level sportbike doesn’t have to look like that. GSX250R ABS has an aerodynamic blocking system suitable for large sports cars. It’s powered by an accessible but exciting liquid-cooled 248cc parallel, and it has ABS-equipped single disc brakes at the front and rear. Drivers of all ages and levels of experience will appreciate the GSX250R’s fuel economy, nimble handling and comfortable riding posture. It is available in Crystal Blue and Pearl Black. MSRP is $4,999.
