WTAJ report that Themis Matsoukas, a professor at Penn State, was caught in the act of evil when park rangers identified his Subaru Outback. Professor accused of repeatedly having sex with his dog in Rothrock State Forest. He was charged with public lewdness, indecent contact, sex with animals, cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct. Because he was wearing a mask at that time, the park rangers could only identify him because his car was caught on camera so the rangers could run the number plate.
Park rangers first became aware of Matsoukas’ “activities” in April when he was set up by cameras to catch people stealing hand sanitizer from the bathroom. Unable to locate him, they contacted two ranchers, who had surveillance cameras that could provide them with more information. Dashcams not only caught him, but also showed that he’s been doing it since at least 2014.
On May 16, cameras are said to have caught him again and when they checked his license plate, they found his driver’s license photo matched those they had taken. Okay. The police obtained a warrant to search Matsoukas’ home and arrest him. “I’m done, I’m dead. You don’t understand, I do it to blow off steam,” he told the park rangers when they showed up at his door. He then begged the rangers to shoot him.
A lot of people need a breather, but usually, they don’t go to the park bathroom, wearing nothing but a black ski mask, backpack and boots before filming starts, you know. And they certainly didn’t involve their dog, as the Matsoukas allegedly did.
After his arrest, a spokesman for Penn State tell StateCollege.com that Matsoukas “has been discharged and is on leave.”
