Sold to the public based on unrealistic exaggerations – Would you stand out for that?

Breitbart here presents a report on Youtuber, who compared an electric Ford F-150 pickup and a petrol GMC Denali Ultimate Edition to see how far each could pull a trailer.
The results of the Ford electric pickup reminded me of the promises made by the makers of the COVID vaccine: exaggerated and perhaps more harmful than beneficial. As the video shows: you must be a buy or know what we know today.
At the start of the trip, Ford’s onboard computer calculated the vehicle would be able to travel 160 miles (257 km) before it needed to be recharged. Reality: only 85 miles, and that’s in ideal highway conditions! Imagine hilly country, in winter. It’s a funny story.
In short, by the time you reach your destination (if any), your vacation will be long over. Gasoline, and especially diesel, makes electric cars dusty.
Communism, a COVID vaccine and long-distance e-cars: they all deliver the opposite of what the manufacturers promised.
