Famous Chicago rapper Ayoo KD and his girlfriend welcomed two children yesterday. Unfortunately just one of the precious children still with us now.
MTO News confirmed that one of the twins – a male child – was transgender at birth. Even so, the female twins survived and she seems very healthy.
Both Ayoo KD and his babysitter have mixed feelings today. They are deeply grateful for their teenage daughter, and at the same time grieving the loss of their son.
