After confirming standard equipment and key specifications for the GX last month, Lexus has now announced pricing for the more luxurious next-generation version. Toyota LandCruiser Prado.
Even with the highest-end GX 550 Sports Luxury version, it is still more affordable than the popular version of LandCruiser 300 series-based LX.

Drive system
All Lexus GX 550 variants are equipped with the same engine 3.4 liters twin turbocharger V6 gasoline enginecreate a statement 260kW power and 650Nm of torque.
Drive is transmitted to all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission, which features low-range shifting and a center differential lock.
Effective
Lexus has not yet released fuel economy figures for the new GX.
Size
The 2024 Lexus GX is 5005mm long, 2114mm wide, 1920mm high and has a wheelbase of 2850mm.
While the Lexus GX 550 Luxury and Overtrail have a braked towing capacity of 3500kg, the Sports Luxury has a towing capacity reduced to 3130kg.
Service and warranty
Lexus GX has a 5-year, unlimited km warranty.
Lexus Australia is yet to confirm servicing prices for the GX.
Safety
The GX has not yet been tested by ANCAP.
The brand has not yet announced the full list of standard safety equipment, although all models will have nine airbags.
