The catalog for the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale has been released, with siblings for top tier winners and level/group 1 winning horses among the highlights.
The most famous graduate of the recent sale is undoubtedly last season’s winner Darley Dewhurst Stakes (G1) and Goffs Vincent O’Brien National Stakes (G1) Indigenous trails who was crowned European Junior Champion and who sold to Godolphin from Oak Tree Farm for 210,000gns ($303,063) on sale in 2021.

Among this year’s entries were full or half siblings with 27 group or listed winners including Tally-Ho Stud’s Mehmas half-brother with winner Keeneland Phoenix Stakes (G1T) River Ebro (Lot 65) and Mocklershill’s No, never half sister with dual group 1 winner Harlem (Lot 111).
Also cataloged are Brown Island-Consigned Stables Lope de Vega half-brother with one thousand Guineas (G1) winner of Etihad Airways Ireland Just The Judge (Lot 144), Mocklershill’s Sioux Country half-brother with Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint (G2T) winner 2021 Twilight Sparkle (Lot 84), Zoffany half brother with group 2 winner and 1st place Lemista (Plot 59), plus Longways’ barn Adaay Half-brother with many group 1 sprinters Dragon icon (Lot 103).

The Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up sale will take place at Newmarket’s Rowley Mile Racecourse on Monday, April 11, starting at 9:30 a.m., with the sale running Tuesday and Wednesday , April 12-13 following the end of the race on the first two days of Newmarket’s three-day Craven meeting.
