The retail store offers services for the Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio and Vespa brands, as well as accessories, merchandise and entertainment. The MotoPlex concept was launched worldwide in 2014 and hit the 500 store milestone in 2019 with the opening of MotoPlex in Istanbul, Turkey. The Piaggio MotoPlex retail environment continues to expand its flagship footprint across North America with the grand opening of MotoPlex Atlanta. The retail concept serves as a premium destination for two-wheelers enthusiasts with an all-Italian display of the Piaggio Group brands: Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio and Vespa.

Atlanta is the strategic hub for the latest addition of the Piaggio Group, which is an expansion of Georgia’s business with its current Piaggio dealer in Southeast Motorcycle of Savannah, Georgia. Dealer Principal Adam Gati is already one of the best performing dealers in the US After 15 years with the Piaggio Group brands, Gati is expanding its business with MotoPlex Atlanta.
Marco d’Acunzo, president and chief executive officer of Piaggio Americas Corporationsaid in a press statement announcing the opening that Atlanta has been one of the fastest-growing markets in North America for many years, as well as a city that “has thrived with a mix of business and and new developments”.
