Phoenix Suns kicked CP3 out of Game 6, Ayton has a problem
PHONG HOANG — With sun face rejection, defend opinion Chris Paul will be sidelined again for Game 6 of Thursday’s Western Conference semifinals with Denver nuggets because his left groin is strained.

Paul, 38 years old, who hasn’t competed since he groin strain in Game 2has ramped up his training considerably over the past two days.
“He’s definitely doing more than that,” Suns coach Monty Williams said Wednesday. “I’d like to equate the two — ‘If he does more, then this’ — but I’m careful not to do that because I haven’t received any reports saying he’s 80 percent, 90 percent I don’t have that yet.”
Paul practiced for about 40 minutes on the field a few hours before Game 5 that Suns lose 118-102 to fall behind with a score of 3-2 in the series. That session included some dribbling and serving action with assistant coach Jarrett Jack. Paul also did some defensive runs, backs and slides.
Paul’s training session at the end of Wednesday’s training session included extensive drills on shooting on the move and dribbling. He also managed to do some 3-point jumps.
Paul is practicing shooting with his teammates Kevin Durant And TJ Warren when the media access phase begins. After his teammates left the field, Paul continued intensive individual training conducted by Jack.
Paul, a 12-time All-Star, has averaged 12.4 points and 7.4 assists in seven games in these knockouts.
