Owner Ganje Pairs Shotgun Hottie With Bourbon Company

Limestone Farms Bourbon has entered a partnership with Jeff Ganje Inc., the owner of graded stakes winning racehorse Shotgun Hottie .

Shotgun Hottie, the five-time winner of $770,607 will serve as the official racehorse of Limestone Farms Bourbon. Shotgun Hottie will be a centerpiece of Limestone Farm’s marketing efforts with a focus on the Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita Park in November, where Shotgun Hottie is expected to run in the Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1).

Shotgun Hottie is fresh off the biggest win of her young career last weekend in the $500,000 Grade 3 Molly Pitcher Stakes at Monmouth Park. Shotgun Hottie served notice to the racing industry that she is ready to compete at the next level and will be targeting the Grade 1 Personal Ensign Stakes next month at Saratoga against top older fillies and mares, Nest and Clairiere.

“I’m thrilled to have Shotgun Hottie work with an up-and-coming company like Limestone Farms Bourbon,” said Jeff Ganje. “This is a win-win opportunity for everyone involved to expand their brand. Shotgun Hottie has become a social media darling over the past six months as racing fans seem to relish her underdog persona,” Ganje added.
