Otsutsuki Isshiki will be the next DLC character to join the lineup of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker. He’s part of the Season Pass 5, which focuses on Legacy characters. Other shinobi that are part of this Season Pass include Uchiha Madara (Six Paths) And Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode). Those two are already available in the game.
In the trailer for Isshiki in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, he showed off his skillful techniques in the performance. In addition to Vast Dark Heavens and Karma, he can also use Sukunahikona. You can also let your original ninja learn these techniques if you make Isshiki your master. The training points you get for training with him can also earn you Husk skins, face paint, and Honorary Titles.

Sukunahikona is a defensive jutsu that allows the user to neutralize enemy projectiles. It also activates the Transported Ninjutsu in response to a melee attack, and you can also deal damage if the button is pressed at the right time. Karma deals damage to a target it marks and you can also teleport behind them. Finally, Vast Dark Heavens rained rocks from the sky. The shockwave can then disable the lock, check the status, and detect the Chakra.
Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker available for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. There is still no specific date when Otsutsuki Isshiki will appear in Shinobi striker. He will cost 438 JPY if you buy him separately.
