Olivia Pratt-Korbel: CCTV footage captures the sound of four shots in the murder of a 9-year-old boy | UK News
CCTV footage of the sound of gunfire during the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel in Liverpool has emerged.
The video does not show the attack itself, but the audio clearly captures the sound of four gunshots.
Olivia has was killed shortly after 10 p.m. Monday After a 35-year-old man, being chased by another man with a gun, was forced into her home.
The gunman followed and slipped his hand through a crack in the door, before shooting blindly around the corner.
Olivia was shot in the chest and seriously injured as she stood at the bottom of the stairs, while her mother Cheryl was shot in the arm.
The video focuses on an outside street and its audio captures gunfire.
They can be heard ringing – first a pair, then a scene, then another – as the struggle will unfold inside the house.
Their coach can then see what looks like someone running away at the beginning of the video.
The video that emerged as the man shot and wounded by the gunman has been revealed to be a “convicted thief” Joseph Nee.
The 35-year-old man is believed to be the intended target of the balaclava-clad attacker, who chased him down the street before Nee rushed into a schoolgirl’s home in the Dovecot area to try to flee.
